Granite
Your check in and check out counters, as well as your bathroom vanity tops will be granite. One thing to consider when choosing a granite color is, how closely can you match your laminant tops to it. When your check in counter is just inches away from your laminated desk tops, I feel it is important to coordinate them as much as possible. Below you will see pictures of the different granite colors that are available. Please click each image for a larger view.
FLOORING
CARPET
The carpet we use is from Cambridge Carpets. All of these carpets fall within a $25.00 per yard allowance. Some clients request different per yard allowances. Please refer to your features list to make sure what your allowance is. Consult your construction manager if you need additional samples based on your allowance. This is a glued down commercial carpet with a 10 year limited warranty. Image Gallery Coming Soon with all styles available. TILE
Our tile selections come from Emser Tile. This selection will be made for your bathroom floors and bathroom walls. Your features list will specify exactly where tile will be going in your project. LUXURY VINYL PLANK
